One of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a hybrid basis with travel to site in Wiltshire. Active DV clearance is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business problems/opportunities and conduct research to understand work-flows, processes, and technology.
• Identify areas for improvement, evaluate change impacts, and define success measures.
• Document and analyse business needs, supporting service design, development, and testing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead small-to-medium projects independently.
• Apply business modelling techniques to optimise services and report on system quality.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working with MVP and scope management.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements management, and process optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience working within an ITIL3 aligned Service area.
• Requirements Author experience, URD, SRD, Solution Specs, SDPs, Test & Acceptance Strategies, ideally in a Defence Capability setting.
