Responsibilities:
- Interact and consult with clients on OT cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), best practices for OT environments, cyber assessments, response plans, policies and procedures, cyber programs, and tabletop exercises.
- Develop OT Cybersecurity Programs, Policies, and Procedures for clients.
- Create Incident Response Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Business Continuity Plans for clients.
- Mentor and lead internal OT design and integration staff on OT cyber best practices.
- Provide OT design consulting services.
- Assist in business development and proposal writing.
- Lead OT risk assessments and other engagement-related duties in accordance with government and industry regulations and standards.
- Identify potential vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of security controls.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and technologies to enhance security measures.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on OT security best practices.
- Manage OT cybersecurity projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in identifying, measuring, and mitigating network and cybersecurity risks in critical infrastructure sectors.
- Required Certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), and Project Management Professional.
- Experience in developing Incident Response Planning and Operational Technology.
- Cybersecurity Program Management experience.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISA 62443, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work with the Department of Defense.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

- Develop and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CE
- Create automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients' teams on Power Platform capabilities, best practices, and maintenance.
Power Platform Consultant - Required:
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform development tools, including Power Apps Studio, Power Automate Designer, Power BI Desktop, and Power Virtual Agents Portal.
