Location: Dallas, TX (Relocation support available)

Work Model: Hybrid schedule, 3 to 4 days onsite

Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000 base salary

We're currently supporting a global MedTech organization that is investing heavily into modernizing and scaling its manufacturing technology capabilities across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.

This is a newly created leadership role focused on owning the strategy, roadmap, performance, and evolution of enterprise manufacturing applications across the organization.

The role will oversee technologies and platforms like MES, SCADA, CMMS / Maximo, OT Applications, Manufacturing Enterprise Platforms.

This person will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, IT, and operations leadership to improve how manufacturing systems integrate and operate across the business.

Ideal candidates would bring:

• 10+ years of experience within manufacturing technology, manufacturing systems, or enterprise manufacturing applications
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or enterprise initiatives
• Strong experience with enterprise manufacturing platforms such as MES, SCADA, CMMS, Maximo, OT applications, or calibration systems
• Background within Medical Device, Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience driving manufacturing systems strategy, standardization, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and IT
• Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations preferred

Senior Laravel Developer – Healthcare Technology

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare technology company looking to hire an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to help design, build, and scale applications that directly support healthcare providers and patient outcomes.

This is a hands-on engineering position with the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, taking ownership across architecture, product development, integrations and technical delivery.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in developing and improving secure, scalable healthcare applications, with responsibilities including:

• Design, develop, test and deploy applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL and JavaScript
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs and database architectures

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Laravel experience in production
• Strong proficiency with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Strong experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of software architecture, OOP and secure development practices
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a wider team

Nice to Have

Experience within healthcare isn't essential, but exposure to any of the following would be particularly valuable:

I’m partnering with my top client, a well-known large global Bank. They have a strong presence in the NYC/tri-state area and are hiring a Director-level Enterprise Architecture Process Leader.

You’ll own the design, optimization, and governance of the firm’s Enterprise Architecture processes, helping drive consistency, transparency, and alignment across the technology organization. You’ll shape the EA operating model, including engagement models, RACI, governance workflows, and decision-making across Enterprise, Group, Solution, and Domain Architects, while overseeing the EA tooling ecosystem, including architecture repositories, intake, Approved Tech Stack workflows, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with senior Operations, Governance, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security stakeholders to establish governance standards, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the overall architecture function.

Key Experience:

• Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Governance, or IT Process / Operating Model Design
• Strong experience designing and improving EA governance workflows, including intake, architecture review boards/councils, ADRs, and deployment readiness
• Experience defining operating models, RACI, engagement models, and escalation paths across architecture teams
• Strong reporting and dashboard experience
• Understanding of technology risk, audit, controls, policy compliance, and governance within a FS environment
• Strong process documentation, SOP, playbook, and continuous improvement experience

The role requires a strong functional SuccessFactors professional with deep experience across Employee Central and a broader understanding of the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders and wider project teams to support the design, configuration and ongoing development of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Support the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions aligned to business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to understand HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.

• Fluent Czech language skills are essential.

• Willingness to attend occasional onsite meetings in the Czech Republic.
