Senior Salesforce Consultant:

A Salesforce Impact Partner who exclusively consult to nonprofits and public sector organisations is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant, with Experience Cloud knowledge, to join their technical solutions team. You'll be working alongside multidisciplinary teams and performing tasks across (but not limited too) business analysis, solution design, estimations, and configuration, with the opportunity to line manage should you so wish.

This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce professional with a passion for supporting mission-driven organisations. You'll be surrounded by experienced Salesforce experts, with the opportunity to explore technical and non-technical career paths. In addition, you will receive a monthly wellness benefit, a bi-annual bonus, a training budget and 10 days of pro-bono work should you so wish.

All individuals within the business are fully remote, with occasional team meet-ups and client visits.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • 3+ years Salesforce experience.
  • Broad Salesforce platform knowledge and previously worked with Experience Cloud.
  • Built Salesforce solutions leveraging advanced configuration (flows).
  • Excellent communication skills - able to interact with senior stakeholders and upsell potential solutions.
  • Not-for-Profit experience or familiarity of working with grant making/fundraising organisations (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience working for a Salesforce consultancy/ISV (must have).
