Compensation is 32% higher on average for those in global roles, compared with those in UK-focused roles.
57.7% of privacy professionals consider the total package as a top consideration when considering new job opportunities.

Participants shared perspectives on what attracts privacy professionals to organisations, the most challenging skillsets to recruit, and the recruitment hurdles faced within the privacy space.
