Programme Manager:
An aviation business generating €3 billion in annual revenue are searching for a Programme Manager to deliver several key, strategic initiatives. They are currently undergoing a number of complex, transformation programmes involving the implementation of various ERP, HRIS and Workforce Management solutions. This role will be key in delivering these solutions, as well as establishing the PMO office and driving governance and standardised processes across their regional Project Managers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Setup and lead the global programme management office, coordinating rollouts, continuous improvement etc.
- Establish a strong relationship with regional Project Managers and coach them on governance, process and delivery methodologies
- Hands on programme delivery, with an initial focus on HRIS Programme rollout
- Manage central workstreams and continuous improvement
- Provide weekly and monthly global project updates and reporting
Suitable applicants will be expected to have:
- 7+ years experience in global Project/Programme Management
- Previously implemented complex IT transformation programmes, preferably ERP/HRIS/Workforce Management solutions
- Strong background in PMO and establishing PMO practices: RAID, change control, executive reporting etc
- Familiar working in highly regulated industries (ideally airlines/aviation/transport/energy etc)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + 20% bonus

- Must have experience in payroll systems
- Must be available in the next 2-4 weeks
- Must be able to take ownership of the entire feature development lifecycle, i.e. development and testing through to deployment.

Lawrence Harvey are partnering with a highly respected retail organisation that’s embarking on a major Zellis HR & Payroll migration, moving from their on-premise solution to Zellis HCM Cloud.
They’re looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead this transformation, working closely with Zellis to deliver a seamless migration and ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
This is an Outside IR35 contract role for an initial 6 months, paying £450-500 per day starting in November.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in East Anglia, unfortunately there is no flexibility on this.
Experience:

Proven experience delivering HRIS or Payroll system migrations or implementations, ideally with Zellis (ResourceLink or HCM Cloud).
- Zellis experience is a must-have, ideally having done a similar sort of project

Strong background in project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, or PMP).
