A leading international robotics company is looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to establish and grow their presence in the UK.
This is a rare opportunity to be the company’s first UK hire, combining sales expertise with technical knowledge of industrial robotics and automation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute UK-specific sales strategies, including lead generation and pipeline management.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track opportunities and progress.
- Drive business development and manage the full sales cycle in the UK.
- Localise sales and technical documentation for the UK market.
- Provide technical and application support, including proof-of-concept demonstrations and on-site presentations.
- Act as the company’s technical representative on-site, delivering high levels of service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Capture market insights and customer feedback to influence product positioning, strategy, and commercial strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in industrial robotics, industrial automation, or related manufacturing technologies.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and efficiency optimisation, safety, and productivity.
- Proven B2B sales experience, including pipeline management and CRM usage.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and delivering technical demos and PoCs.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of driving operations in a new market.
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate with international teams.
Remote across the UK, with occasional travel to customer sites and international offices.

This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom reports using Geneva Report Scripting Language (RSL). You’ll collaborate closely with fund accountants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, tested solutions supporting Geneva application releases and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Geneva Report Scripting Language (RSL).
• Migrate legacy reports to RDL format where applicable.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) implementations.
- Proven track record in retail or e-commerce industry projects, with deep understanding of omnichannel operations, POS systems, order management, and supply chain processes.
- Extensive experience in business process mapping, gap/fit analysis, and requirements documentation using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Agile).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery.
- Hands-on experience supporting D365 integrations with third-party platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, payment gateways, logistics, etc.).

The client are already live with Dayforce, using it full-suite for Core HR, Workforce Management and Payroll. The HRIS Analyst will play a vital part in supporting their post-implementation journey, assisting with additional configurations, analysis and optimisation.

Proven track record designing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM architectures, covering solution blueprints, data models, security design, environment strategy, integration frameworks, and governance across multiple business units.

Deep hands-on experience with the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse: and in implementing low-code governance and CoE frameworks.

I am currently supporting a global food and beverage company who are in need of an Integration Archetect with deep expertise of both SuccessFactors and S/4Hana. This role will be pivotal in supporting our client with new product releases/system updates, with every release system improvements will need to be made. Proven experience as an integration architect with the SAP HR products is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy: Develop and execute integration strategies for internal processes, ensuring seamless data flow and business process optimization between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, 3rd-party solution providers and business stakeholders, to design integration solutions that meet business requirements, compliance standards, and industry standard practices.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to architect, configure, and troubleshoot integration points, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Vendor creation process.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy across these systems.

Knowledge and Experience needed:
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on SAP systems.
