We're partnering with an early-stage, VC-backed AI start-up modernizing a massive, underserved vertical, one where the software is decades behind the work being done. They build the operating system that powers how professionals in the space plan, execute, and deliver complex projects.

They are growing the engineering team fast and looking for a full stack engineer who wants to own meaningful product surface area from day one.

What you'll do

  • Build and own integrations and customizations across a modern, fast-moving product
  • Work closely with implementation leads on customer-facing technical work — you'll join calls when needed, not cold
  • Ship high-quality, scalable code across the full stack with real autonomy
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and product direction — the best idea wins here
  • Help define engineering culture as one of the early hires on a team that's scaling quickly

This role is hybrid where the candidate is able to go onsite in London 2-3 days a week. This role is paying £60-80k per year depending on experience.

Key requirements:


- Must have strong experience within Lloyd's market 


- Min 5 years experience in Compliance, Risk Management External Audit or Internal Audit Functions in UK Financial services

  • Experience of Visual inherited User Interfaces
  • Proven experience maintaining or upgrading systems.

  • Experience of working in mature SDLC processes
  • Understanding of software debugging, performance tuning, and optimization in both Delphi and SQL Server.
