A fast-growing industrial automation company is expanding its commercial team in Munich and hiring a German-speaking Account Executives to drive growth in the DACH market.

 

They’ve built a Manufacturing Automation Platform that allows industrial companies to design, simulate, and deploy production equipment directly from a web browser. Software-led automation meeting real-world industrial robotics.

 

You’ll own the French market, working at the intersection of software, engineering, and industrial automation - selling into highly technical manufacturing environments.

 

Your role:

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close (inbound + outbound)
  • Run consultative discovery with technical manufacturing stakeholders
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with disciplined forecasting and CRM ownership
  • Work closely with application engineers to translate customer problems into simulated machine designs.
  • Translate complex production challenges into clear automation solutions
  • Act as a bridge between customers, engineering, and internal leadership
  • Feed insights from the field back into product and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive revenue performance in a quota-carrying role with full accountability

 

Your background:

  • Strong B2B sales experience in complex, technical or solution-led environments
  • Comfort selling into manufacturing, industrial tech, automation, or engineering-led industries
  • Familiar with structured sales approaches (MEDDIC / BANT or similar)
  • Strong ability to engage technical stakeholders and navigate long, consultative cycles
  • Comfort working closely with engineers or technical product teams
  • Fluent in German and English (other European languages a plus)
  • A builder mentality- someone who enjoys shaping process, not just following it
