We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner – Digital Workplace to join a large-scale business transformation programme. This role will act as the strategic interface between business stakeholders and the IT function, ensuring strong alignment, transparency and collaboration across digital workplace services.
The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, help shape business demand, and ensure services are represented as an integrated capability rather than individual technology solutions. The position is focused on governance,
stakeholder engagement, service management and business relationship management, rather than hands-on technical delivery or product ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for key business stakeholders, building long-term partnerships between business and IT.
- Understand business priorities, challenges and objectives, translating these into structured demand for technology teams.
- Support business stakeholders through demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio governance processes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication around delivery timelines, priorities and trade-offs.
- Maintain an end-to-end view of the stakeholder experience across multiple digital workplace services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and wider technology teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Support business change initiatives, organisational transformation and technology adoption programmes.
- Take ownership of stakeholder-facing escalations, ensuring issues are managed through to resolution with the appropriate delivery teams.
- Maintain visibility of service agreements, governance processes and business commitments.
- Support the development, review and continuous improvement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve service governance, processes and operational performance.
- Provide transparency around IT service costs, consumption, budgeting and financial governance.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and IT on both service and financial matters.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager or similar stakeholder-facing IT role.
- Strong background in IT service management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
- Experience managing business demand, priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of product-led or portfolio-based delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
- Experience managing difficult stakeholder conversations and balancing competing priorities.
- Knowledge of service governance, SLA management and operational service frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify recurring service issues.
- Experience managing escalations through to successful resolution.
- Good understanding of IT financial governance, service costing and budget management.
