I'm partnering with a well funded infrastructure team building GPU accelerated systems for next generation cryptographic protocols, and they're looking to bring on a Senior Software Engineer with deep CUDA expertise.
The team is heading toward a major network launch, and this hire sits right in the middle of that push. You'd own the performance layer that everything else depends on, working alongside a small group of researchers and infrastructure engineers who need someone who can push GPU pipelines to their limit and make the maths run fast at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and optimise CUDA based systems that accelerate core cryptographic workflows
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across GPU pipelines using profiling tools and low level CUDA techniques
- Write clean, efficient, production ready CUDA code that sets the quality bar for the wider engineering team
- Collaborate with protocol and infrastructure engineers to integrate GPU based systems into production applications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 to 3 years working professionally with CUDA
- Strong understanding of GPU architecture and experience optimising large scale parallel workloads
- Experience working on low level systems or distributed infrastructure in high performance environments
- Background in cryptography adds weight but isn't a dealbreaker if the CUDA depth is there
If GPU performance work at this level is where you thrive, and you want to own a genuinely hard technical problem inside a small, serious team with real backing, get in touch to find out more.
I'm partnering with a fast growing protocol network who are looking to bring on a Senior SRE to own production as the network scales.
This is a hands on infrastructure role for someone who's run systems where downtime has real consequences. You'll be building the systems that keep a high scale network running, alongside the tooling to know when something's wrong before it becomes a bigger problem. A Web3 background isn't a must here, if you've come from a strong Web2 background running critical infrastructure, that experience is just as relevant.
Responsibilities:
- Own production infrastructure for a high scale, fast growing network
- Build and maintain Kubernetes based infrastructure and deployment systems
- Design and improve observability tooling to catch issues before they escalate
- Lead incident response, working toward fewer pages and faster recovery over time
- Build the systems and processes that let the team learn from every incident
Requirements:
- Strong hands on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Solid background in observability and monitoring tooling
- Proven experience owning incident response for systems where downtime has real consequences
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high scale environment
- Web3 experience advantageous but not required, strong Web2 infrastructure backgrounds welcome
If you want to own production, learn from incidents, and build toward fewer pages and faster recovery, with room to grow into a deputy or lead role as the team scales, get in touch to find out more.
Fiduciary Officer
We're a financial technology company building the infrastructure for a new generation of digital payments and value transfer. We believe our industry will underpin a faster, more global, and more efficient financial system than today's siloed infrastructure. We're building a full-service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating our core product seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutions alike.
We believe our product should be a public good: trusted, accessible, and built for real-world utility. We're backed by leading investors and growing a team to reimagine how value moves online.
About the Team
We bring the discipline of high-performance finance and risk teams together with the creativity of a fast-moving, mission-driven startup. You'll join a tight-knit governance, risk, compliance, and control function that values independence, clear thinking, and high-velocity decision making — building the trust infrastructure that regulators, partners, and the market expect from an institutional-grade financial platform.
Job Summary
The Fiduciary Officer will oversee and administer the Company's chartered bank's fiduciary activities, ensuring all fiduciary activities comply with applicable law, governing advisory agreements, and client investment objectives. - Oversee advisory product design and client onboarding
- Review and approve investment recommendations prior to client delivery
Conflicts of Interest Management
- Design and oversee conflict of interest frameworks for advisory products
- Serve as primary point of accountability for identifying, reviewing, and resolving conflicts
- Maintain a documented conflicts log for Committee review
Policy Ownership and Compliance

Talent and Organizational Development
- Ensure the fiduciary function is adequately staffed with relevant fiduciary, industry, and regulatory expertise
- Establish clear performance expectations for staff supporting fiduciary account administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or law required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or related master's) preferred
- 10–15+ years of progressively responsible experience in fiduciary or trust administration at a national bank, federal savings association, state-chartered trust company, registered investment adviser, asset manager, or comparable regulated institution
- Demonstrated experience with fiduciary standards under the Investment Advisers Act, ERISA fiduciary requirements, and federal trust/fiduciary banking regulations (including account review, recordkeeping, and conflicts provisions)
- Prior senior fiduciary leadership with program-level accountability, not just account-level administration
- Experience overseeing fiduciary advisory relationships, including investment recommendation review
- Track record presenting to boards and board-level committees (e.g., Risk & Compliance, Audit & Fiduciary)
- Experience engaging with a federal prudential regulator on exams, findings, and remediation
- Experience building or scaling a fiduciary program (policies, procedures, controls) strongly preferred
Licenses and Certifications (one or more preferred)
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Active JD/bar admission, CPA, or accredited estate/trust designation (e.g., AEP)
