ServiceNow HRSD Consultant/Architect required to support HRSD delivery and platform governance. The role will focus on architecture reviews, platform alignment, consulting and ensuring readiness and quality of all HRSD-related implementations.

Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant/Architect

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 - 6 months with extensions

Location: Remote work with on-demand travel to Germany

Rates: £650 - £750/day outside IR35

Responsibilities

- Guide external partner in line with internal processes and governance

- Review and validate solution designs and functional specifications

- Ensure platform alignment and adherence to governance principles

- Oversee technical deployments and coordinate with delivery teams

- Conduct code reviews and provide quality feedback

- Review documentation and change request (CR) reviews

- Lead technical architecture assessments

- Ensure master data readiness and data quality compliance

- Manage service readiness and handover to operations

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations and architecture

- Proven experience in platform governance and structured review processes

- Certified in ServiceNow System Administration and HRSD Implementation

- Strong stakeholder communication and independent working style

- Experience with enterprise environments and cross-functional collaboration

A super cool Fintech start up who are disrupting the wealth management/financial advice space are looking to add a Salesforce Developer to their existing Salesforce team. Their mission statement is to make wealth management accessible to everyone in the UK, no matter their financial status and they're hoping you might be able to help them with that mission! They've doubled in size as a business over the last 3 years and they've pretty much reached their limit with configuration so you'll be leveraging code to improve processes such as guided mortgage advice and compliance review.

Key notes on the role below:

  • Strong technical hire, capable of building using APEX and LWCs to take some of the technical responsibilities away from the Product Lead
  • Trusted to act independently and autonomously, without the Product Lead hand holding - must be able to hit the ground running
  • Confidence to challenge the Product Lead on strategy, new processes, products, enhancements etc.
  • Authenticity and ability to gel with the rest of the team is key
  • Salesforce consulting background (highly desirable)
  • Exposure/interest in Omnistudio (desirable)

A leading charity who are literally changing and saving lives are seeking a Salesforce Administrator for their data and innovation team. The charity currently leverages Salesforce to manage their supporters (donations, events, fundraising etc) and is seeking further support to manage their growing number of campaigns and engagement.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for internal users, whilst also dealing with ticket requests daily from their website. Working as part of a team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that data is clean, accurate and up-to-date, as well as representing the team from a data perspective for any projects across the organisation.

This role is a mixture of home working and office based (minimum 2 days/week). The company offer unlimited annual leave, as well as having a 9 day working fortnight policy (every other Friday off).

They are interested in Senior Technical Architect with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Programming languages such as TypeScript/Node, Kotlin/Java.
  • Experience with AWS using infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
  • Prior experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Modern development practices such as domain-driven design, TDD, CI/CD
  • Experience with other tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, AppInsights, GitHub Actions, CircleCI would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a technical/solution architecture role and can act as a recognised technical expert to guide, critique and support teams in the delivery of outcomes
  • Practical working knowledge of modern cloud-first architectures
  • Experience of devising software architecture for multitier web solutions which typically include frontend and/or backend microservices
  • Translates technical concepts between multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholders so they are understood by all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Principal Technical Architects to define, maintain and own the technical strategy and roadmap for services of various sizes and complexity, defining how they integrate with other services and teams, and how they evolve over time
  • Collaborate and find agreement with senior stakeholders, providing both technical and non-technical direction and challenge
  • Guide technical teams, influence technical choices and seek out opportunities for digital transformation
  • Undertake structured evaluations of technical concepts, translating this into technical designs that describe a solution
