Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Global business that are looking for a Payroll Test Analyst to join an ongoing project from mid August. The role will predominantly involve the testing of ADP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This is an initial 2 month contract that is paying £500 Outside IR35 and is fully remote.

Please note: as this is a short term project you will need to hit the ground running - therefore successful candidates must have recent Payroll Testing experience.

Experience:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payroll-related processes within ADP and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, including regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and parallel payroll testing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and understand system configurations.
  • Validate data interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors EC and ADP, including employee data, compensation, time management, and tax information.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot test results, identify root causes, and work with technical teams to resolve defects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with previous experience in delivering applications within sales/field service environment.

Project Overview:

Join a high-impact digital programme delivering a global mobile solution integrated with Salesforce and SAP systems, rolled out across all multiple markets UK & EU. The project follows an agile, sprint-based delivery model with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment and iterative delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of project delivery (budget, planning, execution, risk/issues)
  • Manage a €5M budget, ensuring clear visibility, forecasting, and reporting
  • Lead planning activities across monthly agile sprints including release & testing cycles
  • Drive team collaboration, ensuring each team member understands and delivers on their specific role.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce, SAP integration teams, and mobile solution developers
  • Foster a high-performing, goal-aligned team environment

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager leading complex technology rollouts

One of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Power Apps Software Developer to join their team on a remote basis with occasional adhoc travel to client site in London. They are interested in a Software Developers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal. Candidates must also hold for SC clearance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing Canvas and Power Apps.
  • Strong coding skills within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GDS delivery approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Canvas and Power Apps applications.

Payroll Manager
London

Lawrence Harvey are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with in-depth knowledge of Dayforce Payroll to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's payroll function. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while managing a small team of payroll administrators. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical and compliance knowledge, particularly within the Dayforce HCM environment.

This is an Inside IR35 contract role for an initial 6 months with potential to extend, paying £450 per day. The role is also hybrid with 1-2 days per week expected in Central London.

Responsibilites:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across multiple pay groups and entities using Dayforce. Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

  • Manage, mentor, and support a small team of Payroll Administrators. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.

  • Ensure seamless business-as-usual (BAU) payroll operations, addressing routine and complex payroll issues proactively.

  • Act as the Dayforce Payroll SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the business. Troubleshoot system issues, support configuration changes, and liaise with IT and vendors as required.

  • Ensure payroll procedures adhere to statutory regulations and internal policies. Prepare for and support internal and external audits.

  • Generate, review, and analyse payroll reports. Provide insights to finance and HR teams as needed.
