We're looking for a UK-based Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant with strong experience on prototyping in sandbox, table creation, security role/positions creation, Power Automate flows creation, OOTB Dashboards and Power BI dashboards creation.

Nice to have if you can write scripts and real-life experience of leveraging copilot and agentic AI.

You would need to be able to interact directly with senior business stakeholders to capture requirements and then prototype and undertake low code configuration.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Lead to drive the successful delivery of critical Recruitment and Onboarding modules.   • Manage and oversee solution design, configuration, integrations, reporting, and testing to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose delivery.

  • Drive rigorous test planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure smooth transition into live operations.

  • Provide strong governance and challenge to implementation partners to ensure solutions meet agreed functionality and business needs.

  • Support knowledge transfer and ensure sustainable handover into BAU support.

  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders and guide decision-making on solution trade-offs, risks, and priorities.


Essential Technical Skills

  • Certified in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with proven hands-on configuration expertise.

  • Extensive experience in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding implementations, including integrations, reporting, testing, and knowledge transfer.

  • Track record of leading 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding implementations, ideally with client-side experience.

  • Ability to challenge, guide, and collaborate with implementation partners on configuration and solution design.

  • Strong understanding of systems architecture to ensure compliance with non-functional requirements such as security, data, accessibility, and performance.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing complex test scenarios and using test tools for defect tracking and resolution.

My Client are looking for a Cyber Threat Modeller & Penetration Tester for an initial contract opportunity to start ASAP.

Requirements:

  • Lead the Threat Modelling process for new and existing products, identifying attack vectors, threat actors, and risk scenarios.
  • Perform penetration testing (manual & automated) on applications, APIs, and infrastructure, prioritizing remediation with development teams.
  • Define and enforce secure SDLC practices, supporting architecture and product design with security requirements.
  • Partner with Delivery & Project Managers to plan and execute security sign-off gates (OWASP, NCA, 3rd party pentests).
  • Support and maintain the Cybersecurity Go-Live Tracker, ensuring alignment between security tasks, releases, and backlog priorities.
  • Document vulnerabilities, risks, and mitigations in Confluence, Jira, and security reports for stakeholders.
