Overview
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Lead to drive the successful delivery of critical Recruitment and Onboarding modules. You will play a central role in ensuring solutions are designed, configured, and implemented to meet business requirements, provide excellent user experience, and embed seamlessly into BAU support.
This position requires strong leadership in managing implementation partners, guiding configuration decisions, and ensuring all solutions are technically robust, secure, and aligned with organisational policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on the delivery and optimisation of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding (2.0) modules.

Essential Technical Skills
Certified in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with proven hands-on configuration expertise.
Extensive experience in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding implementations, including integrations, reporting, testing, and knowledge transfer.
Track record of leading 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding implementations, ideally with client-side experience.
Ability to challenge, guide, and collaborate with implementation partners on configuration and solution design.
Strong understanding of systems architecture to ensure compliance with non-functional requirements such as security, data, accessibility, and performance.
Proficiency in creating and managing complex test scenarios and using test tools for defect tracking and resolution.

- Lead the Threat Modelling process for new and existing products, identifying attack vectors, threat actors, and risk scenarios.
