Il profilo ideale possiede competenze architetturali solide per la progettazione di sistemi AI production-grade, unite a capacità di leadership per guidare piccoli team lungo tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita progettuale. Con un’esperienza di circa 3–5 anni, sa integrare una mentalità consulenziale con la capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in soluzioni tecniche ad alto impatto.
La persona ideale è costantemente aggiornata sulle evoluzioni del settore e rappresenta un punto di riferimento tecnico e strategico nei progetti cliente, seguendo le iniziative dal kickoff fino al rilascio in produzione.
Responsabilità principali
- Progettare agentic workflow utilizzando framework come Google ADK, LangChain e LangGraph, con focus su architetture multi-agente e affidabilità in produzione
- Disegnare sistemi AI modulari e composable, orchestrando modelli, strumenti e componenti di retrieval per la gestione di task complessi
- Lavorare secondo approccio spec-first, definendo specifiche tecniche e metriche di valutazione prima dello sviluppo (es. workflow Compound / Conductor)
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita degli agenti: evaluation, observability, performance tuning e reliability in produzione
- Implementare protocolli agentici (MCP, A2A, A2UI, AG-UI, A2P) per l’integrazione con sistemi enterprise e architetture event-driven
- Supportare attività di pre-sales, contribuendo all’analisi dei requisiti e alla definizione di soluzioni tecniche
- Gestire in autonomia progetti di piccole dimensioni (2–3 persone), garantendo qualità, delivery e rispetto delle tempistiche
- Utilizzare strumenti AI-native (Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Cursor) come parte integrante del workflow di sviluppo
- Contribuire alle attività interne di R&D e innovazione tecnologica
Requisiti
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ambito AI (Machine Learning, GenAI, Agentic Systems) con esperienza comprovata in produzione
- Esperienza in contesti retail e/o manufacturing, con comprensione di dati, processi e vincoli operativi
- Esperienza in attività di pre-sales e consulenza tecnica
- Capacità di gestione autonoma di piccoli team (2–3 persone) lungo l’intero ciclo di delivery
- Esperienza con framework agentici (Google ADK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) e Function Calling
- Solida conoscenza di Python, FastAPI, Git, CI/CD e sviluppo di codice AI testabile
- Esperienza con almeno un cloud provider (GCP, AWS o Azure), con preferenza per GCP
- Conoscenza di MCP, tool engineering e gestione del contesto su fonti dati esterne

The Role
They're looking for a seasoned Staff TPM to lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple product lines and engineering orgs. You'll set strategic direction for how programs are planned and executed, align executive stakeholders with engineering leadership, and shape the technical and operational frameworks that let the company deliver humanoid robots at scale. This includes mentoring other PMs and acting as a trusted partner to engineering leaders on the highest-risk, highest-visibility initiatives in the business.

- Deep technical fluency to engage as a peer with engineering on architecture, interface definition, and hard technical trade-offs, not just schedule management
- Proven NPI experience: multiple products taken from prototype to manufacturing, including DFM/DFA and ramp management
- Strong cross-disciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and AI/ML teams
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes at scale and managing critical path across a portfolio
- Experience scaling hardware/software platforms into commercial production
- Ability to align competing priorities across product, engineering, and execs in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support the delivery of a complex HR Transformation programme. This role will provide programme governance, planning, executive reporting and resource management, ensuring the programme remains organised, on track and responsive to changing priorities.
Previous experience supporting an end-to-end HR Transformation programme is essential. Experience with Workday is desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities
