Senior Product Manager, Shield DEX
London, Greater London, England

Partnering with a well funded zero-knowledge protocol with private stablecoin infrastructure at its core, and they're looking to bring on a Product Lead to own their flagship consumer product, a privacy first self-custodial wallet and the protocol's first revenue generating product.

You'd be joining at a genuinely pivotal point. This wallet is what proves the underlying technology works as a real financial tool, not just research, and you'd own the strategy, roadmap and execution behind it, working closely with engineering, design, business and QA across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy, roadmap and execution for a privacy preserving self-custodial wallet
  • Author PRDs, EPICs, user stories and release plans that translate product vision into engineering deliverables
  • Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints and delivery capacity in roadmap prioritisation
  • Shape strategy for private stablecoin payments and self custody wallet experiences
  • Drive a shared services layer that keeps mobile and extension platforms in sync
  • Lead work that makes privacy preserving transactions feel as simple as sending a normal payment
  • Expand monetisation through on-ramp partnerships and lead new product integrations as the product grows

Requirements:

  • Strong track record owning product from strategy through delivery, ideally in wallets, payments or self custody.
  • Comfortable operating in a technical environment, translating cryptographic complexity into something usable
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design and QA across multiple workstreams
  • Background in Web3 or privacy tech adds weight but isn't a dealbreaker if the product instincts are sharp

If consumer facing crypto product work is where you thrive, and you want to own a product that genuinely matters to a small, serious team with real backing, get in touch to find out more.

About the Company

We’re partnered with a fast-growing, well-backed healthcare technology company building AI-powered software for U.S. healthcare providers.

The company is developing technology that helps hospitals improve how they manage patient care, coordinate complex workflows, and engage with patients at scale. Their platform combines modern software with AI to solve meaningful operational and patient-facing challenges within healthcare.

This is a small, highly technical team where engineers have significant ownership and the opportunity to work directly with senior engineering and product leadership.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong AI / Full-Stack experience to play a key role across both the core product and next-generation AI capabilities.

A major focus of the role will be building and improving production voice AI systems including AI agents that communicate with patients and care teams, realtime transcription, multilingual experiences, intelligent escalation, and the workflows that enable reliable conversations.

Alongside the AI work, you’ll contribute heavily to the customer-facing product, building sophisticated workflows, dashboards, and services used by healthcare organizations.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack and wants to take AI systems beyond prototypes into reliable, production-grade products.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship features across the core healthcare product and voice AI platform.
  • Develop and improve production voice agents for outbound and inbound patient communication.
  • Work on realtime systems including transcription, turn-taking, tool use, call routing, and human handoff.
  • Design and improve LLM-powered workflows, prompts, tools, and agent behavior.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and regression testing for AI systems.
  • Debug and improve the reliability of nondeterministic AI systems in production.
  • Own production considerations including latency, observability, safe deployments, and failure recovery.
  • Build modern customer-facing experiences using React and TypeScript.
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Python and related technologies.
  • Work closely with product and clinical stakeholders to determine how AI should be used safely and effectively.
  • Contribute across adjacent product, backend, and integration work as the needs of a small team evolve.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent seniority.
  • Strong Python engineering experience, particularly across backend or AI/agent systems.
  • Strong TypeScript/React experience and the ability to build modern product experiences.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
  • Experience with tool/function calling, prompt and workflow design, LLM evaluation, and production debugging.
  • Experience with realtime communications, telephony, streaming audio, WebRTC, SIP, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
  • A strong engineering mindset around reliability, security, observability, and production quality.
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving environment with significant autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with voice AI or agent frameworks such as LiveKit Agents.
  • Experience with healthcare technology, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
  • Experience with AWS/serverless architectures.
  • GraphQL experience.
  • Experience building complex workflow or analytics-driven UIs.
  • Experience developing automated evaluations or scenario-based testing for AI agents.

Technology

Python · LiveKit · LLMs · SIP/Telephony · React · TypeScript · AWS · GraphQL · pytest

Why This Role?

  • Build AI products that are already being used in real-world healthcare environments.
  • Work on technically challenging voice AI and realtime systems, rather than simple LLM wrappers.
  • Own meaningful parts of the product across both frontend and backend.
  • Work directly with senior engineering and product leadership.
  • Join a small team where your technical decisions have a direct impact on the product.
  • Help shape how AI is safely deployed in patient-facing healthcare workflows.

Industry: Renewable Energy
Comp: $200,000 - $240,000

We’re partnering with a fast-growing energy technology company looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to take ownership of critical production infrastructure spanning cloud, networking, and physical environments.
This is not a traditional SaaS SRE role. You’ll work across AWS infrastructure and real-world systems supporting mission-critical energy operations, including infrastructure deployed in data centers and at commercial and industrial sites.

What You’ll Do
● Own and improve highly available production infrastructure across AWS and physical environments.
● Build, manage, and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
● Design and troubleshoot complex networking across cloud, data center, and on-prem environments.
● Help lead the migration and productionization of critical infrastructure into a colocation environment.
● Improve reliability, monitoring, observability, incident response, and operational processes as the platform scales.
● Support infrastructure that connects cloud services with locally deployed hardware and edge systems.
● Work closely with software and engineering teams to ensure reliable deployment and operation of production services.
● Occasionally travel to customer sites to support infrastructure deployments and troubleshoot real-world systems.

What We’re Looking For
● Strong experience owning production infrastructure in AWS.
● Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
● Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting complex network environments.
● Experience working with Linux-based production systems.
● Comfortable operating across both modern cloud infrastructure and legacy or on-prem environments.
● Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in high-impact production environments.
● Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available, or regulated systems is highly valuable.

Nice to Have
● Experience with colocation facilities or data center infrastructure.
● Experience supporting edge computing, industrial systems, energy infrastructure, or other environments where software interacts with physical systems.
● Exposure to Rust or experience supporting Rust-based production services.
● Background in defense, aerospace, financial infrastructure, utilities, industrial technology, or similarly high-reliability environments.
Why This Role?
You’ll join a small, rapidly scaling engineering organization where infrastructure is central to the product. You’ll have significant ownership from day one, including the opportunity to shape how critical systems are deployed, operated, monitored, and scaled as the company grows.
