Director, Enterprise Architecture Process Leader – Top Financial Services Org

I’m partnering with my top client, a well-known large global Bank. They have a strong presence in the NYC/tri-state area and are hiring a Director-level Enterprise Architecture Process Leader.

You’ll own the design, optimization, and governance of the firm’s Enterprise Architecture processes, helping drive consistency, transparency, and alignment across the technology organization. You’ll shape the EA operating model, including engagement models, RACI, governance workflows, and decision-making across Enterprise, Group, Solution, and Domain Architects, while overseeing the EA tooling ecosystem, including architecture repositories, intake, Approved Tech Stack workflows, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with senior Operations, Governance, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security stakeholders to establish governance standards, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the overall architecture function.

Key Experience:

• Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Governance, or IT Process / Operating Model Design
• Strong experience designing and improving EA governance workflows, including intake, architecture review boards/councils, ADRs, and deployment readiness
• Experience defining operating models, RACI, engagement models, and escalation paths across architecture teams
• Strong reporting and dashboard experience
• Understanding of technology risk, audit, controls, policy compliance, and governance within a FS environment
• Strong process documentation, SOP, playbook, and continuous improvement experience

Key requirements:

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support an ongoing HR technology programme.

The role requires a strong functional SuccessFactors professional with deep experience across Employee Central and a broader understanding of the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders and wider project teams to support the design, configuration and ongoing development of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Support the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions aligned to business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to understand HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors functional and technical teams.

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a large-scale HR technology programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with the ability to operate across functional teams, stakeholders and technology workstreams. This is a senior role requiring someone who can confidently manage delivery while understanding the underlying SuccessFactors environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SuccessFactors-related projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery.

• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and key deliverables.

• Work closely with functional and technical SuccessFactors teams.

• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, business and implementation teams.

• Support project governance, reporting and decision-making.

• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across the programme.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SuccessFactors capabilities.

Data Engineer (Databricks) – Marketing Analytics

A global leader in the mobility and vehicle rental sector is looking for a Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to design, build and maintain the data pipelines powering its marketing analytics and decision-making, as part of a large-scale, greenfield marketing data transformation programme.

The successful applicant will build and optimise data pipelines pulling from a wide range of sources including Salesforce and other systems into a unified Databricks lakehouse, creating a single source of truth across brand, paid media, social and CRM data. You'll work closely with marketing, analytics and data stakeholders to develop feature sets and data models that support dashboards, attribution and marketing mix modelling across the platform.

Location: Uxbridge, three days per week in the office

Salary: Up to £72,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Requirements

• + 3 years of experience working with Databricks, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architecture
• Proficiency integrating data from multiple marketing and enterprise platforms (e.g. GA4, Salesforce, CRM/martech tools)
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills, with the ability to build features and data models that support analytics and data science use cases
• Experience with (or strong interest in) attribution modelling, MMM or marketing analytics data structures
