We are currently working with a PE firm that is rolling out a standardised AI and data stack across its portcos. They are looking for an Implementation Programme Delivery Manager to lead the rollout across the portfolio.
There will initially be 5 pilot companies with a view to expanding to 60 – 70+ companies once the model is proven.
The main focus:
- Managing several implementations in parallel
- Building a repeatable rollout approach so each deployment becomes faster and more efficient
- Managing the SIs and delivery partners around scope, timelines and delivery
- Working directly with the PE operating partners and leadership teams across the portfolio companies
- Keeping a strong handle on risks, budget, dependencies and escalations
They don’t need someone who is technically hands-on with AI. The main requirement is a strong Programme Manager who has delivered complex technology rollouts (preferably within a data & analytics) across PE and is comfortable managing senior stakeholders and suppliers.

They are looking for an Applied AI Engineer who will build and expand production LLM and RAG applications across internal and external platforms. You will work across document ingestion, chunking, retrieval, evaluation, APIs, and the broader application layer while leveraging an established AI platform and infrastructure.

You’ll own the design, optimization, and governance of the firm’s Enterprise Architecture processes, helping drive consistency, transparency, and alignment across the technology organization. You’ll shape the EA operating model, including engagement models, RACI, governance workflows, and decision-making across Enterprise, Group, Solution, and Domain Architects, while overseeing the EA tooling ecosystem, including architecture repositories, intake, Approved Tech Stack workflows, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with senior Operations, Governance, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security stakeholders to establish governance standards, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the overall architecture function.
Key Experience:
- Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Governance, or IT Process / Operating Model Design
