Payroll Test Analyst

Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Global business that are looking for a Payroll Test Analyst to join an ongoing project from mid August. The role will predominantly involve the testing of ADP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This is an initial 2 month contract that is paying Β£500 Outside IR35 and is fully remote.

Please note: as this is a short term project you will need to hit the ground running - therefore successful candidates must have recent Payroll Testing experience.

Experience:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payroll-related processes within ADP and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, including regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and parallel payroll testing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and understand system configurations.
  • Validate data interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors EC and ADP, including employee data, compensation, time management, and tax information.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot test results, identify root causes, and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
