This company is undergoing a major cloud transformation and is looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help shape and secure its modern cloud infrastructure. You'll work across engineering teams to design scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and embed best practices from day one.

You'll be joining at a pivotal time as the company invests heavily (multiple hires!) in scaling its cloud security capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Apply software development and security engineering expertise to design secure, scalable cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain security baselines for cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), including automation for configuration scanning and remediation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud security within engineering, providing guidance during design reviews and threat modelling sessions.
• Harden Kubernetes environments and enforce secure cluster configurations.
• Secure and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, with a focus on Terraform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security, with deep expertise in AWS.
• Strong background in secure infrastructure design, cloud-native security controls, and automation.
• Solid programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes, service meshes, API gateways, and secure API design.
• Ability to operate independently, take ownership of security initiatives, and drive continuous improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile HR transformation programme for a major UK-based media organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the first phase of a multi-year business transformation initiative focused on process optimisation, organisational change, and SAP technology implementation.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex SAP projects within the HR domain, with a specific focus on SAP Workzone and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of technology-led projects, working with cross-functional teams from Technology, HR, and other business areas.

• Methodology: Select and apply appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure successful outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring their goals are understood, expectations are managed, and communication is clear and consistent.

• Planning & Governance: Create robust plans, estimates, and governance models tailored to each project's complexity.

• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise delivery impact.

• Team Management: Provide guidance to Assistant Project Managers or Project Management Apprentices where applicable.

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience delivering SAP projects in the HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning domains.

• Track record of managing complex technology projects (£500k+ budgets, multi-vendor, multi-workstream).

• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Formal project management accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMI).

• Experienced working in large-scale, fast-paced, and politically complex environments.

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Practical experience with different delivery approaches and understanding their pros and cons.

Desirable:

• Implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP Workzone.

• Familiarity with public sector or media sector project environments.

• Experience navigating procurement or commercial processes within project delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding of modern DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions/ CircleCI, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker) with secure configurations.
