What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts.
- Convert requirements into technically sound, cost-efficient robot automation concepts.
- Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof-of-value concepts showcasing real impact.
- Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
- Capture customer insights and help influence product development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
- Proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and creativity for developing automation solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to make complex tech easy to understand.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in German or English.
Flexible working options: hybrid on-site in Munich or remote from anywhere in Germany with occasional travel to HQ and customer sites.
Salary ranges: €60,000 - €90,000 + bonus + benefits. *Dependent on experience*

Junior Electrical Engineer - Hardware Systems
An innovative technology firm is looking for an entry-level Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of custom electronic systems. This position offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience designing and testing hardware used in advanced applications, with the opportunity to participate in every stage of the process from concept to production.
You'll collaborate with experienced engineers from multiple disciplines in a dynamic environment, sharpening your skills in circuit board design, prototyping, and the creation of reliable hardware for demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of electronic subsystems such as power distribution, control circuits, and sensor integration
Participate in schematic drafting, component research, and printed circuit board layout

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware into larger system architectures

Qualifications

- Oversee and perform application security testing, supporting teams with vulnerability remediation.
