Lawrence Harvey first ventured to the USA back in 2015 with four core members. Since then, we have increased headcounts, grown our office space, expanded into new technology verticals, and built both long last lasting client and candidate relationships, and this is just the beginning… 


The Lawrence Harvey NYC brand has played a pivotal role in the expansion of new offices, including in Los Angeles and Austin. We have also contributed to the launch of three more core LHi brands in the USA, including Harper Harrison (The Built Environment), SciPro (Life Sciences), and Piper Maddox (Clean Energy) which has been possible due to the revenue that Lawrence Harvey has been able to bring in. 



Lawrence Harvey is a specialist recruitment partner that operates exclusively in cutting-edge tech space. When we started in the USA, seven years ago, we only specialised in Data; fast forward to today, where we have grown to seven technical specialisations which are listed below. At the beginning of 2021, we were 25 people and now, midway through 2022, we are at 50! 


This is down to the excellent relationships we have created with our clients to bring every new consultant into a desk with highly qualified positions ready to be worked. 


Our recent expansion has even led to bigger and better office space because we have no plans of slowing down. By the end of 2023, we are looking to have a 70+ headcount. This means the #1 small to medium-sized recruitment business to work for in NYC is hiring at all levels from consultants to managers and everything in between! 


The exciting part about all this growth is that in addition to growing our current technical specialisations, we will be venturing into growing some new business functions including Robotics, Blockchain/Metaverse, and will be hiring for new leaders. This brings me to our main focus for the rest of 2022-2023 is to grow our contractors' book across all these business units.
